Anwendung
Bevantolol Hydrochloride: A β1-Adrenoceptor Antagonist with an Affinity to α1-Adrenoceptors
Bevantolol hydrochloride (NC-1400) is a β1-adrenoceptor antagonist with a relatively high affinity to α1-adrenoceptor subtypes, and also acts as calcium channel antagonist. Bevantolol has a peripheral vasodilatory effect, and is used for the treatment of angina and hypertension. In addition, bevantolol hydrochloride is a racemic mixture, and methods have been developed for the enantioselective separation. (The product is for research purpose only.)
