rac-GR24 (Product No. M3990) is a representative synthetic analog used in Strigolactone research.
Strigolactones are important plant hormones involved in regulating plant growth and environmental responses. They have been reported to exhibit diverse physiological functions, including the inhibition of shoot branching, promotion of root system development, induction of symbiosis with mycorrhizal fungi, and stimulation of germination in parasitic plants.
