CD 437: A Selective Retinoic Acid Receptor (RARγ) Agonist
CD 437 (AHPN) is a synthetic retinoid-like small molecule that is a selective retinoic acid receptor (RARγ) agonist. There are reports that CD 437 selectively induces apoptosis in cancer cells.1-4) In addition, CD 437 has been reported to show significant efficacy in a mouse model of chronic MRSA infection.5) (The product is for research purpose only.)
