As the development of pharmaceuticals with oligonucleotide structures, analytical methods for these structures are becoming increasingly important. We offer a variety of buffer solutions and reagents for HPLC analysis of oligonucleotides.
For example, triethylammonium acetate solution is a well-used buffer solution for the purification and analysis of oligonucleotides with reversed-phase chromatography.1) We have expanded our lineup such as reagents for the preparation of mixed aqueous solutions of triethylamine and 1,1,1,3,3,3-hexafluoroisopropyl alcohol (= HFIP), which are known to improve the sensitivity of ESI detection in the LC-MS analysis of oligonucleotides.2)
We have guaranteed that these reagents have no absorption near the wavelength in oligonucleotide analysis. Buffer solutions can be prepared and used according to the analytics by dilution or mixing arbitrary amounts as needed.
