WAY-100635: A 5-HT1A Receptor Antagonist and a Dopamine D4 Receptor Agonist
WAY-100635 was originally reported as a selective 5-HT1A receptor antagonist with 100-fold selectivity against other 5-HT subtypes.1,2) However, subsequent research showed that it also acts as a potent dopamine D4 receptor agonist.3,4)
