- Xanthine Oxidase Inhibitor - Febuxostat

Intracellular Reactive Oxygen Species (ROS) Detection Assay Kit
Intracellular reactive oxygen species (ROS) are believed to cause oxidative stress on lipids and proteins in vivo and are thought to be involved in various pathological phenomena. The Intracellular Reactive Oxygen Species (ROS) Detection Assay Kit [I1265] contains DCFH-DA, a fluorescent probe suitable for ROS detection, which enables easy detection of ROS.

Bio-Orthogonal Non-Canonical Amino Acid Tagging (BONCAT) Related Reagents
BONCAT can label newly synthesized proteins (NSPs) simply by culturing cells in a methionine-deficient medium with biologically orthogonal non-standard amino acids. The labeled NSPs has been applied to a variety of applications, including analysis of cell-specific proteome dynamics, genome-wide nucleosome dynamics, and visualization of protein synthesis in cells. We offer a variety of BONCAT related reagents such as L-azidohomoalanine [A3550].

Sialylated Glycans
In recent years, sialylated glycans have been shown to play critical roles in various biological processes, and adequate quantities of sialylated glycans are essential for advancing research in glycan-related studies. However, sialylated glycans with complex structures are naturally present only in trace amounts, making them difficult to obtain sufficient quantities. TCI offers a variety of sialylated glycans and related products. Please contact us for the sialylated glycans that is not in our product catalog. (Click here for inquiries about Custom Synthesis)

Xanthine Oxidase Inhibitor - Febuxostat
Febuxostat [F0847] is known as an inhibitor of xanthine oxidase. Xanthine oxidase is involved in the conversion of xanthine to uric acid. By inhibiting this enzyme, febuxostat reduces the production of uric acid. Recently, febuxostat has been reported to suppress NLR family pyrin domain-containing protein 3 (NLRP3) inflammasome-mediated Interleukin-1β secretion and may be applied in related research studies.
