Application
Altrenogest: A Trienic Synthetic Progesterone Analog with Progestomimetic and Anti-Gonadotrophic Effects
Altrenogest (or allyltrenbolone) is a trienic synthetic progesterone analog. The pharmacodynamic activity of altrenogest has been demonstrated in a number of animal models, and the most important effects are progestomimetic and anti-gonadotrophic effects. Therefore, altrenogest is used for the control of estrus in animals. (The product is for research purpose only.)
