Formononetin: A Phytoestrogenic Isoflavone with Anticancer Effects
Formononetin, 4’-O-methyl ether of daidzein [D2668], is a phytoestrogenic isoflavone isolated from different plants mainly from beans, such as green beans, lima beans, and soy.1) It has been demonstrated that formononetin exerts a wide range of biological activities correlating to anticancer effects.2-4) (The product is for research purpose only.)
