Description
Chicken anti-α Gal polyclonal antibody was developed in a chicken host by using Galα1-3Gal-conjugated carrier protein. Highly purified chicken anti-α Gal antibody was obtained by immunoaffinity chromatography and then conjugated to R-PE. This chicken anti-αGal antibody can be utilized for Galα1-3Gal detection by Fluorescence-linked immunosorbent assay (FLISA) and Flow cytometry.

Anwendung
Detection of αGal in miniature pig granulocytes
Granulocytes were collected by hemolyzing the blood of miniature pigs. The granulocytes were incubated (4 °C, 20 min) with isotype control (black line) or anti-αGal polyclonal antibody R-PE conjugate (A3354; red line) adjusted to 0.1 mg/mL. Afterward, it was measured using a flow cytometer.
