• Components : 15 mL of 1x Avidin Solution, 15 mL of 1x Biotin Solution

Description

• This kit is intended to help prevent non-specific staining from endogenous biotin during tissue staining. Use solutions as supplied.

Direction for Use

• 1. After blocking and washing tissue sections, apply 5 drops (*) of 1x Avidin Solution (approx. 200 μL).
  2. Incubate for 15 minutes.
  3. Wash twice with wash buffer.
  4. Apply 5 drops* of 1x Biotin Solution (approx. 200 μL).
  5. Incubate for 15 minutes.
  6. Wash twice with wash buffer. Tissue sections are now ready for application of primary antibody.
  *The number of drops depends on the area of the tissue.

Storage

• Store at 4 °C and use within 6 months.
