• Components : 2 vials Glucose measurement solution, 2 vials 500 mg/dL Glucose Standard Solution
• Size : 200 tests

Description

• This product allows determination of glucose content of your sample. The reaction of glucose oxidase in the measurement solution with glucose generates hydrogen peroxide, and the glucose concentration is calculated by measuring the amount of hydrogen peroxide.

Direction for Use

• 1. Prepare a sample.
  2. Prepare a 2x dilution series of the glucose solution from the 500 mg/dL Glucose Standard Solution with 7 points total (7.8 – 500 mg/dL) of at least 100 µL each, to allow for duplicates. Deionized water should be prepared as a blank.
  3. Mix 200 µL of Glucose measurement solution with 2 µL of each sample / point in the dilution series from step 2.
  4. Incubate at room temperature for 20 minutes.
  5. Measure the absorbance at 542 nm.
  6. Create a standard curve to calculate the glucose concentration in the sample.
