Application
Synthesis of a dinucleotide
Dry CH2Cl2 (8 mL) solution of B3460 (1.01g, 1.47 mmol) and tetrazole (0.24g, 3.36 mmol) is cooled to 0°C. Compound 1 (1g, 1.23 mmol) is dissolved in dry CH2Cl2 (1 mL) and added to the cooled solution, and the mixture is allowed to warm to room temperature. After 1 hour, the reaction is diluted with CH2Cl2 (30 mL) and extracted twice with aqueous saturated NaCl (30 mL). The organic phase is dried over sodium sulfate, and concentrated under reduced pressure. The resulting yellow foam is isolated by column
