Cisapride: A 5-HT4 Receptor Agonist
Cisapride is a 5-HT4 receptor agonist developed as a gastrointestinal prokinetic agent for the treatment of functional bowel disorders. Cisapride has been reported to be associated with acquired long QT syndrome and ventricular arrhythmias. (The product is for research purpose only.)
