BMS-599626: A Highly Selective Inhibitor of HER1 and HER2
BMS-599626 (or AC480) is a highly selective inhibitor of human epidermal growth factor receptors (HER) kinase family which plays essential roles in regulating cell proliferation, survival, differentiation and migration. BMS-599626 modulates signaling and growth of tumor cells that depend on HER1 and/or HER2. Reportedly, BMS-599626 inhibits HER1 and HER2 with IC50 of 20 and 30 nmol/L, respectively. (The product is for research purpose only.)
