Romifidine: a potent and selective α2-adrenoceptor agonist
Romifidine is a potent and selective α2-adrenoceptor agonist as a sedative mainly in large animals such as horses, although it can be used in a variety of species. It produces pharmacologic effects such as sedation and muscle relaxation. It is structurally related to clonidine [D1353]. (The product is for research purpose only.)
