GANT 58: A Hedgehog/GLI (Hh/GLI) Signaling Pathway Inhibitor (Antagonist)
Hedgehog (Hh) signaling, which plays a critical role in cell proliferation and survival, has also been implicated in cancer initiation and progression. Glioma-associated oncogene (GLI) is an important nuclear transcription factor in Hh signaling and tumorigenesis. GANT 58 inhibits the Hedgehog/GLI (Hh/GLI) signaling pathway and induces apoptosis in cancer cell lines. (The product is for research purpose only.)
