Raclopride: an Antagonist on D2 Dopamine Receptors
Raclopride is a synthetic compound that acts as an antagonist on D2 dopamine receptors. (Note: 11C-Radiolabelled raclopride is used in positron emission tomography (PET) scanning to assess the degree of dopamine binding to the D2 dopamine receptor.)
