Veratramine: A Steroidal Alkaloid with Some Bioactivities
Veratramine is a major lipid-soluble steroidal alkaloid existing in Veratrum nigrum L., belongs to the family liliaceae, which is a traditional medicinal plant in China. Veratramine has been reported to teratogenic, anti-tumor and anti-hypertension effects. (The product is for research purpose only.)
