Latanoprost: A Selective Prostanoid FP Receptor Agonist
Latanoprost, a phenyl-substituted prostaglandin F2α (PGF2α) analog, is a selective prostanoid FP receptor agonist. It reduces the intraocular pressure (IOP) in both animal and human subjects mainly by enhancing uveoscleral outflow. (The product is for research purpose only.)
