3PATAT-C3 (Product No. P3172) is a high-performance hole collecting material (HCM) that can be used for inverted perovskite solar cells. 3PATAT-C3 efficiently collects holes from the perovskite layer by forming a SAM layer on face-on orientation to the ITO layer.
