Gentiopicroside: A Secoiridoid Glycoside with a Broad Range of Biological Properties
Gentiopicroside is a secoiridoid glycoside contained in the Gentiana lutea and Centaurium erythraea which are used as an herbal medicine. It has been reported that gentiopicroside exerts a broad range of biological properties, including antioxidant, antiviral, anti-inflammatory, and anti-hepatotoxic activities.
