Application
Aminating Agent
Experimental procedure: A microwave tube is charged with 1 (0.137 mmol), Pd2(dba)3 (8 mg, 6 mol%), (±)-BINAP (11 mg, 12 mol%) and Cs2CO3 (0.343 mmol). The vessel is sealed with a septum and purged with argon. Degassed 1,4-dioxane (1.7 mL) and diethyl phosphoramidate (0.206 mmol) are introduced through the septum. The resulting mixture is heated by using a microwave apparatus to 130 °C for 1 h. After cooling, the reaction mixture is concentrated and purified by column chromatography to give 2 (44 mg, 87% yield) as a pale white solid.
