MRT-10: An Orally Bioavailable Small Molecule Inhibitor of Smoothened (Smo)
MRT-10 is an orally bioavailable small molecule inhibitor of Smoothened (Smo) with potential anticancer activity. Smo is a cell surface receptor that mediates sonic hedgehog (Shh) signaling to regulate gene expression through the GLI transcription factors. MRT-10 inhibits the activity of the Shh pathway and prevents tumor growth. (The product is for research use only.)
