Sarafloxacin: A Fluoroquinolone Antibacterial Agent
Sarafloxacin is a fluoroquinolone antibacterial agent that acts by inhibiting the activity of DNA gyrase and topoisomerase IV. Recently, various methods for detection of sarafloxacin in vivo have been developed.
