Toepassing
Iguratimod (T-614): An Agent with Anti-Inflammatory and Immunomodulatory Activities
Iguratimod (T-614) is an agent with anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory activities. Iguratimod inhibits the production of immune globulin and inflammatory cytokines such as TNF-α, IL-1β and IL-6 in vitro. Even though the mechanism of action of iguratimod is still not fully understood, the suppression of nuclear factor kappa B (NF-κB) activation has been indicated. Iguratimod is used as a disease modifying anti-rheumatic drug (DMARD). (The product is for research purpose only.)
