Dronedarone Hydrochloride: A Non-Iodinated Benzofurane Derivative Antiarrhythmic Agent
Dronedarone hydrochloride, an antiarrhythmic agent, is a non-iodinated benzofurane derivative that has been developed to overcome the iodine-associated adverse effects of the structurally related antiarrhythmic agent, amiodarone [A2530]. Although it is considered a class III antiarrhythmic agent like amiodarone, it demonstrates multi-class electrophysiological activity. (The product is for research purpose only.)
