フルオロキノロン系抗菌剤の合成

This compound has previously been converted into ofloxacin [O0403] and levofloxacin (an optically active ofloxacin) [L0193] by the reaction with 1-methylpiperazine [M0553]. To this day, it has been widely used for the synthesis of fluoroquinolone antibiotics.
