RS-127445 hydrochloride is a selective and orally bioavailable 5-HT2B receptor antagonist which was at first developed for the prophylactic treatment of migraine. Recently, it has been reported that RS-127445 modulate visceral hypersensitivity. (The product is for research purpose only.)
