EVP-6124 hydrochloride (Encenicline hydrochloride) is a selective α7 nicotinic acetylcholine receptor (nAChR) partial agonist. It has been reported that EVP-6124 activates the α7 nAChR at low nanomolar brain concentrations and improves memory perfor mance in rats. (The product is for research purpose only.)
