SIS3 Hydrochloride: a specific inhibitor of Smad3
SIS3 hydrochloride is a specific inhibitor of Smad3 which has been reported as a key downstream effector of transforming growth factor-β (TGF-β) signaling in tissue fibrogenesis, and a key player in progression of fibrosis.
