Description

Since chicken IgY is not captured by protein A, chicken anti-protein A can be utilized for protein A detection by ELISA and immunoblotting.Biotinylated chicken anti-protein A antibody is recommended as the secondary antibody in sandwich ELISA for protein A detection.
