Application
Trimethylsilylating Reagent for GC Derivatization

Experimental procedure: ca. 1 mg of sample and 1 mL of TMS-BA is placed into a dry vessel (about 2 mL of vial is preferable). After sealing the vessel, the reaction is proceeded by shaking or heating (e.g. for leucine, threonine, by heating for 15 min at 125 °C) to result a transparent solution. And then it is directly injected into GC.
