Modulators of the ERK Signaling Pathway

Extracellular signal-Regulated Kinase (ERK), a member of the mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) family, plays a crucial role in regulating cell growth, proliferation, and differentiation. Dysregulation of the ERK pathway has been implicated in various diseases, including cancer.^1-3)
Modulation of the ERK signaling pathway is known to regulate various biological processes which play roles in cellular behavior.
