DMH-1: A Selective Bone Morphogenetic Protein (BMP) Receptor Inhibitor
DMH1 is a selective bone morphogenetic protein (BMP) receptor inhibitor. BMP plays a fundamental role in the regulation of bone organogenesis through the activation of receptor serine/threonine kinases, and BMP signaling regulates many different biological processes, including cell growth, differentiation, and embryogenesis. DMH1 inhibits the BMP signaling.
