Lycorine hydrochloride is the major bioactive alkaloid found in Amaryllidaceae family plant, a represent traditional Chinese medicinal herb. Lycorine and its derivatives have been shown to have various biological activities, including anti-leukemia, anti-tumor, anti-angiogenesis, anti-virus, anti-bacteria, anti-inflammation, and anti-malaria. They also exert many biological functions, such as inhibition of acetylcholinesterase. (The product is for research purpose only.)
