RS-102895: A Selective Chemokine Receptor 2 (CCR2) Antagonist
RS-102895 is a selective chemokine receptor 2 (CCR2) antagonist. CCR2 is a G-protein coupled receptor that is mainly expressed on monocytes, macrophages, and a subset of T cells. There are reported that CCR2 interact with monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 (MCP-1) which stimulates leukocyte chemotaxis to inflammatory sites. (The product is for research purpose only.)
