Currently, the development of radiopharmaceuticals is advancing. In particular, the field of theranostics, which integrates diagnostics and therapeutics by selectively applying radionuclides according to their use, is attracting significant attention and undergoing active research and development.1)
We offer bifunctional chelators (BFCs) which are suitable for theranostic research. Our BFCs contain DOTA, a widely used chelating agent, as well as NODAGA, which enables efficient metal chelation under milder conditions such as lower temperatures and shorter reaction times.2)
For conjugation with carrier molecules such as peptides and antibodies,3) we provide BFCs equipped with functional groups such as click chemistry (azido group, DBCO, TCO), as well as suitable for reactions with amines and thiols (NHS ester moiety and maleimide group).
