• The Xanthine/Hypoxanthine Assay Kit is a specialized biochemical tool designed for the quantitative measurement of xanthine and hypoxanthine levels in various biological samples.¹⁾ This kit utilizes enzymatic reactions to convert xanthine and hypoxanthine into measurable products, typically producing a colorimetric signal (λ=570 nm) or fluorometric signal (Ex 520-550 nm / Em 585-595 nm). This assay is highly specific, sensitive, and convenient, making it ideal for research applications in fields such as biochemistry, physiology, and drug development, where accurate detection of these purine metabolites is essential.²⁾

Storage
