			Application

DDTT: A Sulfur-Transfer Reagent for Synthesis of Oligonucleotide Phosphorothioates via the Phosphoramidite Method.

DDTT and xanthane hydride [X0001] are widely used as a sulfur-transfer reagent for synthesis of oligonucleotide phosphorothioates via the phosphoramidite method. DDTT is a compound in which the amino group of xanthane hydride is protected by a DMF group, and is expected to be stable when used it in solution state.
