Kenpaullone: A Potent CDKs and GSK-3β Inhibitor

Kenpaullone is a potent ATP-competitive inhibitor of cyclin-dependent kinases (CDKs) and glycogen synthase kinase-3β (GSK-3β). In addition, kenpaullone can functionally replace Kruppel-like factor 4 (Klf4), which is a Yamanaka factors, in reprogramming induction.
