Application

Trimethylsilylating Reagent for GC

A5604

Experimental procedure:
TMS-HT (1 mL) is added to 10 mg of sugars. After shaking for 30 sec, the mixture is left for 5 min at room temperature. The supernatant can be used as a GC sample.
