Description
Chickens were immunized with purified recombinant protein A, and anti-protein A antibody was highly purified by immunoaffinity chromatography and then conjugated to HRP. Since chicken IgY is not captured by protein A, chicken anti-protein A can be utilized for protein A detection by ELISA and immunoblotting.Biotinylated chicken anti-protein A antibody is recommended as the secondary antibody in sandwich ELISA for protein A detection.

Storage
Store at －20 ºC to －80 ºC (Preferably at －80 ºC). It is not recommended storing at 4 ºC. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
