Reagent for Perovskite Solar Cells: Purified Lead(II) Iodide

A study on a perovskite solar cell recently receives much attention. Power conversion efficiency (PCE) of the solar cell is more than 15%. A device of the perovskite solar cell can be fabricated in low cost, because it is solution-processible. At a main part of the solar cell, the organic-inorganic perovskite semiconductor (MeNH3PbI3) can functionalize as an absorption layer. Use of a purified lead(II) iodide is a key to fabricate efficient perovskite solar cell devices.

Our company commercialized the 'purified lead(II) iodide' to help your research.

An existing lead(II) iodide normally gives a cloudy DMF solution. However, our product L0279 can provide a clear DMF solution with concentration of 1M.

An existing lead(II) iodide has shown 5.2% efficiency of the solar cell, but L0279 can show more than 10% efficiency with 'reproducibility'.
