HPMC Capsule Reagents (Condensation Reagent)

We have a line-up of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC) encapsulated reagents for condensation reactions according to popular demand. In addition to the existing encapsulated reagent of EDC·HCl/HOBt·H₂O [R0274], we have encapsulated reagent of DMT-MM [R0294], encapsulated reagent of HATU [R0295] and encapsulated reagent of HOTU [R0297] as uronium condensing agents, and encapsulated reagent of phosphonium condensing agent [R0296]. These are useful in various situations such as reaction screening and compound library construction.

Thionylimide Derivatives for Synthesis of Sulfonimidamides

BiPhONSO [B6435] and TrNSO [T3773] are utilized in the one-pot synthesis of sulfonimidamides. BiPhONSO gives the corresponding sulfonimidamides when treated with a Grignard reagent and an amine. On the other hand, TrNSO is known to give sulfonimidamides via chlorinated intermediates and also reported to allow the decarboxylative insertion of a sulfinimide moiety into carboxylic acids through a photoredox reaction.

Construction of an Aziridine Ring

Dehydration Reaction of an Amide by Using Cyanuric Chloride
