Chemiluminescence Detection Reagent and Antibody Stripping Solution for Western Blotting
The Chemiluminescence HRP Substrate Solution Kit [C4087] is a chemiluminescent detection reagent for horseradish peroxidase labeled probes bound to proteins on membranes. The two-component type is used by mixing 1:1 immediately before use.
Western Blot Stripping Buffer [W0024] is used to strip antibodies from membranes that have undergone chemiluminescence detection. The antigen is retained on the membrane because the procedure is performed under mild conditions. This allows chemiluminescence detection to be repeated with a different antibody.

RNA Structure Analysis Reagent for Sulfonylation of 2'-OH Group of RNA, Stable in Aqueous Solvents
P3S [P3153] is an RNA structural mapping reagent that sulfonylates the 2'-OH groups of ribonucleotides in unpaired regions of RNA. P3S has advantages such as good solubility in aqueous solvents and a long half-life in water. In addition, P3S shows a different modification pattern from SHAPE reagents, which acylate 2'-OH groups like P3S and have been employed for the analysis of RNA structural characteristics. Thus, it is expected that a new structural analysis using P3S will lead to the development of applications for RNA.

Sulfoxide Monomer for Modification of Material Surfaces with Reduced Nonspecific Adsorption of Proteins and Cells
Sulfoxide monomer [M3648] can be used for the synthesis of highly hydrophilic sulfoxide polymer PMSEA by polymerization. The resulting sulfoxide polymers exhibit low fouling with reduced protein adsorption and cell adhesion. The resulting sulfoxide polymers also show lower immunogenicity than coating with PEGA.

Keratanase II Hydrolytic Enzyme Specific to Keratan Sulfate
Keratanase II (= KSase II) [K0069] is a recombinant enzyme expressed in Escherichia coli using a gene derived from Bacillus circulans, and specifically acts on keratan sulfate by hydrolyzing the β1-3 linkage between N-acetylglucosamine and galactose.
