Application
Cediranib: A VEGF Receptor Tyrosine Kinase Inhibitor
Receptors for VEGF (vascular endothelial growth factor-A) play a central role in vasculogenesis and angiogenesis and are therefore targets for cancer therapy. Cediranib (AZD2171) and its water-soluble maleate [R0277] are VEGF receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitors used in cancer research. (The product is for research use only.)
