Anti-Protein A Antibodies

During the antibody purification process, protein A may elute from the purification resin. Antibody molecules of most animal species are captured by protein A and cannot be used in assays to detect protein A. In contrast, chicken IgY is not captured by protein A, chicken anti-protein A antibody can be utilized for protein A detection by ELISA and immunoblotting. Our anti-protein A antibodies can be used to quantitate protein A in solution with high sensitivity.
