Betaxolol hydrochloride: A Selective β1-Adrenoceptor Antagonist with Ca2+ Channel-Blocking Activity.
Betaxolol hydrochloride is a selective β1-adrenoceptor antagonist with Ca2+ channel-blocking activity. Betaxolol hydrochloride also has been reported as a retinal neuroprotective agent. It is used for the treatment of hypertension and glaucoma. (The product is for research purpose only.)
