Description
- Bisbenzimide H 33342 is a fluorescent dye that can stain the nuclei of living cells. DNA-bound Bisbenzimide H 33342 is readily excited with UV and emits fluorescence in the blue region of the visible light spectrum (Excitation : 350 nm / Emission : 460 nm).
Direction for Use

Fluorescence Staining of Cell Nucleus
- Dilute Bisbenzimide H 33342 solution 1/1000* with PBS or an appropriate buffer.
Note: Typical working concentration used in most applications is 0.1 μg/mL – 10 μg/mL. - Incubate with cells at room temperature for 5 – 30 minutes**.
Note: Extend Incubate time as desired. - Mount sample with an appropriate medium and proceed to imaging.
- Dilute Bisbenzimide H 33342 solution 1/1000* with PBS or an appropriate buffer.
Storage
- Store at −20 °C for long term storage. Keep at 4 °C for short term storage. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Protect from light due to its photosensitivity.
