Fadrozole Hydrochloride: A Nonsteroidal Aromatase Inhibitor with Potential Antineoplastic Activity
Fadrozole hydrochloride (CGS 16949A) is a nonsteroidal aromatase inhibitor with antineoplastic activity. It has been reported that fadrozole blocks the aromatization of androstenedione and testosterone into estrone and estradiol, respectively. (The product is for research purpose only.)
